1, turn on the air valve switch when opening the engine, check whether the air pressure is greater than or equal to 0.6Mpa.

2. Turn on the total power of the device. At this time, the power indicator (power) of the operation panel is on. Switch the power switch from "OFF" to "ON", when the operation panel power indicator (MAIN) lights up. Then turn on the heating switch.

3. In order to prevent the cots from bursting due to uneven heating during heating, the cots should be heated at less than 50 C each time and the interval of heating at each time should be more than 10 minutes. (For example, the temperature to be heated is 150 C, the first to 50 C, the second to wait for the temperature to rise to 50 C interval (> 10 minutes) before re-heating to 100 C, and the third to wait until the temperature to rise to 100 C interval (> 10 minutes) before re-heating. Warm to 150 degrees. Special attention: the maximum heating temperature of this device should not exceed 160 C.

4. When the temperature reaches the set temperature value, turn on the tension switch, the feeding switch, the transfer film sensor switch and the transmission belt switch.

5. When shutting down, first press the "stop" button, switch the three switching switches to the "manual" place, and close the heating switch, tension switch, feeding switch, transfer film sensor switch and transmission belt switch. Then turn off the power switch and turn off the total power supply.

Matters needing attention:

1, when printing, you can't extend your hands under the cots to prevent scalding.

2, do not touch the cots and rotating shafts (no gloves).

3. The rotating parts of the equipment should not be touched (no gloves should be touched).

4, confirm that the power supply can be turned off after the temperature is less than 50 degrees.
